I am a 21 year old female embarking on a new chapter of my life entering grad/professional school for the next four years for pharmacy. One important thing Ive learned throughout my college career is to take better care of myself, particularly my mind & body. I have put my body through a lot in my teenage years and have realized that I needed to change things. Fitness and good eating habits aren’t born overnight, it takes days and years to streamline these habits. However, the reaped benefits are better than any type of therapy or medication.

I (try to) cook !!!! listed on this blog are a couple of my favorite recipes. I try to make all of my meals very nutrient-dense. In addition, a lot of my meals are made of the same “clean” ingredients that are rich in vitamins.
